Electrolysis is the only medically approved form of permanent hair removal supported by the British Medical Association (BMA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the American Academy of Dermatology (AAA).

During an electrolysis hair removal treatment, a qualified professional called an electrologist slides a hair-thin metal probe into each hair follicle (without puncturing the skin).

An electric current is then passed down the probe to the follicle’s base, destroying it permanently.

This removes the existing hair and prevents regrowth from that follicle.

No matter who you are, 99% of the time electrolysis permanent hair removal will be right for you.

Unlike some other hair removal methods, electrolysis can be used on all skin and hair types and can be performed on almost any part of the body.

Electrolysis is an extremely precise treatment and is perfect for small areas such as the upper lip or the eyebrows.

Thick and thin hairs can be targeted equally effectively, and during treatment I can even pick out individual light or dark hairs within existing growth to achieve a consistent natural look and colour.
